Individuals over the age of twenty who agree with the Association’s mission can apply to be a member under one of the two following categories:

1. General Member: A general member must meet one of the following requirements.
(1) Shakespearean teaching and/or research experience in higher education or research institutes;
(2) Shakespearean scholarly publications and/or translations;
(3) Major Shakespearean theatrical experience.

2. Student Member: Interested graduate students, recommended by two general members of the Association, can apply for student membership.

Interested individuals should fill up and mail back the “Membership Application Form.” Upon approval by the Executive Committee and payment of membership dues, one can officially become a member.
